Graduated from McGill University with Masters of Arts in English Literature with Excellence and was employed as an instructor teaching Undergraduate English Literature also at McGill. I have been tutoring High School and University students privately for over 20 years. I love teaching in general, and in particular, I love to instruct students in the art of reading, wriitng, and perhaps most importantly, in the crucial skill of critical thinking. My goal is for my instruction to be driven always by the needs of the student. I try to foster a relationship between instructor and student that is open, honest, and comfortable. Everyone is an individual, and no two people learn in the same way from the same methods. I pride myself on being able to adjust my teaching style and techniques for each student so they gain the most knowledge and skills in the most efficient way.
I offer editing services as well as Zoom lessons and my fee is $40/hour.
