Google Rola Convoy e-bike rack for a great description and video. This rack is suitable for two very heavy E bikes with up to 5 inch tires. It has a 2 inch hitch and has locking devices for each of the bikes plus a locking device for the hitch. My guess is this is not suitable for an SUV unless you have a 2 inch hitch and it should be a pretty sturdy SUV.
