Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Representative to assist customers with automotive accessory purchases both in-store and through our eCommerce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong automotive background, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using computers to manage sales, inventory, and online orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting the right automotive accessories based on their needs.

Provide expert product knowledge and guidance in-store and online.

Process sales transactions, maintain accurate records, and handle customer inquiries.

Utilize eCommerce platforms to manage online sales and customer communications.

Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor.

Stay up to date with the latest automotive accessories and industry trends.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with computers and ability to use POS systems and eCommerce platforms.

Automotive background is required (experience in automotive accessories is a plus).

Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
