2008 Model
I bought this a few weeks ago from OKz.ca and noticed that half the floor is rotten when I got investigating further even though it was advertised as all plumbing and flooring was redone in recent years. Not looking for a project at this time and willing to take a loss.
I have not checked plumbing, furnace or fridge. Electrical seems to work just fine. I bought if for $6,000, so make me an offer.
It has electric brakes.
