Wage: $22.00/hr

Location：Haines Junction
Job duties:
-Oversee and manage the daily operations of the bar or cocktail lounge
-Prepare and cook simple dishes and snacks efficiently.
-Serve food items, snacks, or appetizers to guests.
-Regularly clean and maintain the draft beer system.
-Provide expert advice and recommendations on Liquor selection.
-Maintain cleanliness in the bar area, including washing glassware.
-Organize and store food and beverage inventory appropriately.
-Ensure compliance with provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
-Respond to customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
-Mix and prepare a variety of drinks, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
-Take drink orders from serving staff or directly from customers
-Organize the bar area to make attractive displays
-Handle payments for beverages, including cash, credit, and debit transactions.
Job requirements
 Secondary school completion is required
 BARS-L certification is preferred
Work experience:
 6 months work experience is preferred
