Khosh & Company is a well established and growing CPA firm located in downtown Vancouver. We are a dynamic firm of professional accountants. Our work primarily consists of tax, accounting and special engagements.

We are recruiting for a Revenue and Receivables Clerk with the following;
- Minimum requirement: University degree
- Previous accounts receivables/accounts payable experience required

Responsibilities
- Preparing invoices for clients and responsible for accounts receivables
- Deal with enquiries through the company's website
- Working closely with the CEO on a daily basis
- Manage receipts and records
- Follow up with clients on receivables
- Update and keep current A/R list
- Periodically file legal claims for collections or send to collections agency
- Receive payments/deposit slips from administrative staff and update all invoices as paid; update A/R list

Schedule
- Monday to Friday

Work location: In person
Pay $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
