We are a private family wealth management firm located in near the Kelvin Grove, Haysboro and Kingsland Communities.

We are looking to hire a seasonal personal tax preparer.

The position offers flexibility of setting your own schedule based on demand between 9 am and 5 pm weekdays.

This is not a remote position so in-office presence is a must.

Candidate must be experienced with Profile or other tax software as there will be minimal training provided.

Candidate with H&R Block training or experience is preferred.

Rate will be either an hourly rate or per return compensation, contingent upon your verifiable experience and proficiency.

Responsibilities may include:
- Emailing engagement letter and checklist to our personal clients;
- Preparation of Canadian personal income taxes;
- Scanning various supporting documents into our paperless system;
- Importing slips and tax items into our software from Canada Revenue Agency (CRA);
- Interactions with our clients; and
- Other various tasks when needed.

Candidate must have strong English business communication skills
