Job Title: Dispatcher & Office Administrator for Towing Company

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher & Office Administrator to join our towing company. In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing towing dispatch calls and handling essential office tasks, including email correspondence and reception duties. Your attention to detail and exceptional communication skills will ensure an efficient operation and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Towing Dispatch:
- Answer incoming calls from customers requesting towing services.
- Assess and prioritize service requests based on urgency and location.
- Communicate effectively with drivers to dispatch them to service calls promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, dispatches, and service requests.

- Office Administration:
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Handle reception duties, greeting customers and assisting with inquiries in person or over the phone.
- Maintain organized records and files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating logistics for towing operations.

- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions and resolving issues effectively.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or office administration is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in computer systems and software for dispatch and office tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
