Rental Details:
• Term: 3 years
• Entire Rental Package Only: Bids must be for all 2,384 cultivated acres.
Partial bids will not be considered. Rent applies only to cultivated land.
• Grasslands and sloughs: Not included in the cultivated acreage; Owners retains the right to cut
them for feed.
• Continuous Crop Rotation: Required; no back-to-back planting of specialty crops.
• Hunting Rights: Owners retains full control.
• Post-Harvest Grazing: Owners may run cattle after harvest.
Payment Terms:
• Bid Deposit: 20% of the annual bid amount plus GST, due upon acceptance.
• First-Year Rent: 30% of the total bid, plus GST will be due April 30, 2025, and the remaining 50%
plus GST due by October 31, 2025.
• Subsequent Annual Payments, Staring in 2026: 50% due April 30 and 50% due October 31
