Looking for a reliable long term handyman to assist with property maintenance. Approx. 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling (workload varies by season—busier in summer, lighter in winter).

Job Responsibilities:
Lawn care (mowing, trimming)
Snow removal
Minor household repairs
Hauling and disposing of garbage
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license
Ability to perform basic handyman tasks
Able to drive and transport equipment/materials
Basic English communication skills (not mandatory)
Criminal background check required
Compensation & Benefits:
$2,000 - $2,500 per month stared (cash pay, guaranteed even working hours less)
Company vehicle provided (you cover insurance & gas)
