We are currently looking for a hard working, detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor who will provide great assistance to the general up-keep of our facility. This position requires the successful candidate to demonstrate a strong work ethic, and exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
PRIMARY DUTIES AS MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR:
• Planning, prioritizing, reviewing, and participating in all tasks related to facility maintenance
• Developing methods and schedules for facility maintenance
• Responsibly handling emergency situations or after-hour calls for repair and maintenance
• Taking part in developing maintenance policies and standards for National
• Planning daily tasks
• Maintaining preventive maintenance standards for National's facility and equipment
• Routinely inspecting various elements of the property
• Perform general aesthetic upkeep ie. Painting, basic carpentry, etc.
• Scheduling deliveries from suppliers and keeping an inventory of maintenance tools and supplies
• Making recommendations and requests for new maintenance products and equipment as necessary
• Training new maintenance staff when necessary
• Ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
EDUCATION:
• Diploma in trades, carpentry, electrical or related disciplines.
EXPERIENCE:
• 3 to 5 years experience in Maintenance or related job titles.
• Ability to identify issues and decide on required actions
• Competence to plan maintenance schedules
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Critical-thinking skills
• Dexterity and physical stamina
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to develop and foster relationships.
• Very strong English verbal, written, and documentation skills required
• Strong organizational skills, a demonstrated ability to lead
• Experience supporting 24/7 operations
• Excellent testing and automation skill-sets
• Ability to work in team environment
• Successful clearance of criminal record check
• Excellent references
• Valid Driver's License (G)
• Own transportation (Vehicle)
