Hello,
I am looking to hire an administrative assistant for my tutoring company, HZad Education. We are a tutoring company mainly specializing in English tutoring and courses.
This is not a work-from-home job as I would need to admin assistant to visit me in my home office (Bonavista area) and work with me on various tasks including:
-answering student queries
-creating blog and other online content
-managing Whatsapp groups
-testing our courses and online platforms
-answering student comments on our social media platforms
-other admin related duties
The work will be for 4 days per week from Tuesday to Friday from 1 to 5 pm CST. This comes to 16 hours of weekly work). The pay rate is $20 per hour.
Note that this is currently a temporary position for the next 3 months. After 3 months, if the administrative assistant is happy with the work and we see signs of productivity, we will convert it to a permanent position. At that time, we will also raise the amount of days from 4 days per week to 5 days per week (20 hours weekly).
Training is provided.
