RIM HAT CO., a leading innovator in hat brim protection, is seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. About the Role:

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of RIM HAT CO., responsible for driving sales and expanding our retail network within your assigned territory. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a passion for building relationships, and a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential retail partners (e.g., hat stores, western wear shops, department stores, boutiques) within the assigned territory.

Conduct in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the benefits of RIM HAT CO. brim protectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new retail accounts.

Process orders, manage inventory at retail locations (if applicable), and ensure timely delivery.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities.

Attend industry events and trade shows as needed.
Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in field sales, preferably with experience in the apparel or accessories industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.  
Passion for hats and the hat industry is a plus!
Valid driver's license.
