Our Timeshare is located at the Meadow Lake Golf Resort in Columbia Falls, Montana, specifically 107 Spy Glass Loop Unit 1022, Columbia Falls, Montana 59912.

We have a one week timeshare and it is week 29 and never changes. So, essentially it is the third week of July (prime time) every year. It is a one bedroom and one bath, and includes a lockout. So, specifically it includes 1022A and 1022B and sleeps six adults.

It currently comes with 99,000 RCI points which are available this year. It has been booked under our names for week 29 (third week of July) for July of 2025. If we were to sell it we would simply transfer the booking to the buyer so they would be able to enjoy the property in the third week of July of 2025.

* The maintenance fees have been paid for the entire year of 2025 already.
