We have triplet grandchildren so I bought 2 boxes of Tylenol Fever & Sore Throat for ages 0 - 23 months and they are 3 1/2 years the I bought them on my way home from out of town and don't have the receipt. Boxes are not opened. Both for 20 or 10 for one.
