My name is Olivia, and I have been practicing yoga for 18 years, and have been a teacher for 8 years.
Yoga is a practice that keeps myself and billions of other people feeling grounded, strong, and connected to themselves and others. It It is an amazing complementary practice to any lifestyle and can be personalized to fit your unique wants and needs.

I am a psychology/counselling student and I always incorporate research-backed information about the physiological advantages of a regular yoga practice/meditation hoping to empower you to build not only physical strength and flexibility, but your sense of self-efficacy in all life experiences.

I am so excited to hear from you and collaborate with you to build up your yoga practice :) !

I am a Calgary-based instructor, however, if you are outside the city limits I am open to creating a plan with you. In person sessions are ideal, but if there is a request for virtual practices I am open to them. I am also open to traveling short distances outside the city limits, however, there will be an added charge for mileage.
