Medela Symphony Breast Milk Initiation Kit - 4 kits available
NOTE: 1 kit is missing the tubing and adapters that connect to the pump. I'm charging $30 for this kit. However, please note that if you buy two kits, one of the kits will include the tubing and adapters. All you need is one set of tubing and adapters. New moms will need all 4 kits since you need to pump every 2-3 hours and then sterilize all the parts after each pump.
