Hello, I am looking to see if there are any smaller acreage available for sale for my parents. They are actively looking for a place to live after coming back to Alberta from another province. Ideally the location would be no further then 25-30 minutes from the city. It's just the two of them and their dog so it doesn't have to be a big house. Mobile home would be okay as well.
They aren't against something that needs work, just has to be liveable while they can renovate. A garage or small shop would be a bonus, as well as a garden or greenhouse.
Depending on the asking price this could be a cash deal. If you know of someone, or you yourself are thinking about selling off market this could potentially be a quick deal for someone. They are not looking to flip for profit, they want to have a cozy spot to settle down.
