Coastal Offices in downtown Duncan has a 253 SF fully equipped meeting room available to rent 7 days a week. The room has easy hook-up to our 50" screen, reliable high-speed Wi-Fi, whiteboard, flip chart, and cleaning between clients is ongoing to ensure your comfort and safety.

Our building has an easy-access entrance and elevator for those with mobility issues. Park in our lot or take advantage of the 3-hour street parking in front of our building. We are also within walking distance of all downtown businesses, including amazing restaurants, and transit.

Pricing ranges from $45/hour, $100 for a half-day (up to 4 hours), to $200 for a full day. Complimentary coffee, tea, and filtered water are included upon request.
