We are looking for a landscape foreman, equipment operator to join our professional landscaping team.

Position Details:
- Full-time seasonal position (with potential for year-round work)
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Possible company vehicle & cell phone
- Eligibility for health benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators, skid steer, loaders, and other landscaping equipment
- Lead a small crew to complete residential and commercial landscaping projects
- Perform tasks such as grading, sod install, hardscaping, excavation, etc.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and budget.
- Maintain and inspect equipment for safe operation
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years operating and landscaping experience
- Valid driver's license and clean abstract. (condition 15 for trailer towing is a bonus)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
