We are an apartment building property management company seeking an individual in our downtown Toronto office to assist us in the growth of our business:
POSITION: Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper (Full Time) must have Quickbooks Experience
STARTING DATE: Immediate
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. All Bookkeeping duties.
2. Maintaining excel and word files that deal with rental enquiries, rental receivables, move in and move outs, and utilities etc.
3. Assist in the day-to-day activities of the company including telephone management, office administration (such as filing, photocopying, faxing, courier, etc.).
4. Internal and remote database data entry and preparation of reports.
5. Preparation of correspondence, bank deposits, applications and leases.
6. Provide administrative support to other staff members when the need arises.
QUALIFICATIONS:
As a team player, you demonstrate exceptional integrity and ethics. A strong customer focus is essential, as are demonstrated organizational, time management, verbal and written communication skills. You are computer literate under the Windows environment and MUST have a working knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel and Word. A self-starter with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, very good attention to detail, and good English communication.
