We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. As a sales associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle transactions accurately will contribute to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively sell merchandise.
Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked to enhance the shopping experience.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with excellent phone etiquette.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
An interest in the vitamin/supplement industry
Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
A friendly demeanor with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage inventory effectively.
A willingness to learn about products and services offered in-store.
