About Camp Branches:
We are an outdoor wilderness & adventure camp for children 4-12 years old.

We're looking for 2-4 candidates that are responsible, caring, and dedicated to working with children.

The Camp Counsellor will supervise groups of children and will be responsible for their well-being, as well as lead various activities such as sports or games. The ideal candidate should enjoy being around children, have a good attitude, energy and enthusiasm, enjoy sports/games and take initiative and be a team player. Previous experience in camp supervision or working/serving with children is an asset.

Responsibilities:

Create lessons plans/schedules for programming
Supervise children
Be a good role model for children
Report and liaise with Camp Director
Work well with team
Complete required training
Ability to work outdoors
Ability to commute


Qualifications:

Experience working with children aged 4-12
High school diploma
Background knowledge and experience in sports
Current Vulnerable Sector Check
Standard First aid and CPR C certification
Strong communication skills

Pay: $19/hour Schedule: 7.5 hour shift (6.5 hours with 1 hour lunch break)
Day shift: 8:30-4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Job Type: Seasonal Contract length: 3 weeks
