Trailer is in Ben Eoin, Cape Breton. It will be available end of April-first of May for viewing. I have lived in the Trailer for the past 10 years and will tell you what I know and would recommend. I installed a large hot water tank so taking a real shower not an issue. I removed the propane/ammonia Fridge and left a smaller one but there is space to put a Regular electric Fridge in its place. Trailer would be ideal to take your family on a camping trip or it is large enough with its side-out to be a cottage on your lot with all the necessary hookups:

It also has a New 27' Awning. Had it installed but never got to use it.
