I'm a senior looking for a room to rent for April 1st. This is not my cat I just use the picture cuz it's cute. I collect a pension it is crap, I can't afford $600 or $1200 for rent I have at most $450 all in. What you get is a guy with a great sense of humor, stories that will curl your toes, safe and honest roommate, someone to watch your house and animals if you need. I can put up with dogs barking, roosters in the morning, cats climbing on my head, kids noise, farm animals mooing, farting, burping and anything else.
