I have a cat who loves people and dogs, but has tested positive for feLIV. As such I wouldn't be able to take in another meow meow. I am devastatingly not allowed dogs in the building.

Your Bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, dresser and small tv. Rent is $575 due on the 1st of each month which covers heat lights and internet. I have Netflix, and one of those Android TV boxes (hopefully you're smarter than me, and know how to use it!).

Must be non-smoker, tidy and respectful.

Will require first and last month's rent.

No couples please.
