We are seeing a qualified and passionate early childcare educator (ECE) join our team. As an ECE, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging and educational programs for children, while maintaining a healthy and safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan to implement age-appropriate programs and activates that promote social, emotional, physical and cognitive development
- Create a safe and healthy environment that meets the needs of children
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the children, parents and collogues
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activates
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or willing to obtain one
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Ability to lift 40 pounds and move quickly in an emergency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
