Looking for a Lead/Operator to join our professional landscaping team.
If you have experience in landscaping and operating heavy equipment, we want to hear from you!

Position Details:
- Full-time seasonal position (with potential for year-round work)
- Competitive wages based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators, skid steer, loaders, and other landscaping equipment
- Lead a crew to complete residential and commercial landscaping projects
- Perform tasks such as grading, sod install, hardscaping, excavation, etc.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet Canadian Landscaping standards
- Maintain and inspect equipment for safe operation
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years operating and landscaping experience
- Valid driver's license and clean abstract
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
