Dishwasher Time line


4:00 pm – Empty dishwasher and empty strainer basket. Empty the 3 Kitchen garbage's and replace bags. Break all boxes down and throw in recycle bin. Make sure all boxes are broken down. Do some extra Cleaning when time permits.


4:15 – Fill dishwasher
Set up Juice, mugs, and Goblet Racks
Set up silverware and soup bowl tubs
Set up wet garbage bucket

4:30-5:30 pm – Washing incoming dishes
Scrub pots and pans when time permits (3 part sink and cart)
Wash cutlery as time permits

5:30-6:30 pm – Drain Dishwasher
Fill dishwasher then start washing glasses
Finish washing all incoming dishes (last dishes will be cleared about 6:30)

6:30-7:00 pm – Finish washing all dining room dishes and steam line inserts.

6:45-7:00 pm Sweep and Mop Entire Kitchen

End of Day Checklist

• Wipe down Stainless Steel Glass Shelf
• Empty and clean wet garbage bucket
• Clean dirty side dish area including wall behind
• Put away all dishes. Move Cutlery to the steam table so the SERVERS can put away
• Wipe down and squidgy the dry side area
• Clean and unclog 3 part sink
• Wipe down and clean all areas of the dishwasher. Top, sides, etc.
• Unplug radio and then Drain and clean out dishwasher parts. Turn off Dishwasher
• Empty all garbage's bags once again and replace bags.
• Wipe down all stainless steel areas from the mop station to the and including the 3 part sinks on the other end.
• Sweep (entire floor including under shelves and line fridges) and Mop Entire Kitchen
• Make sure Nothing that you cleaned is left directly on the floor
• Fill and re-arrange glass racks. Empty ones on the bottom full on top
