OFFICE EXECUTIVE RECEPTIONIST - HIRING URGENT!

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls and manage correspondence
- Maintain an organized front desk and office environment
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for executives
- Perform administrative tasks as required to support the team
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
