Fully furnished basement bedroom available for April 1. Looking for short term renter, preferably student or working professional.
Bedroom has new double bed, dresser, large closet. Main basement area is yours to use. Sectional, desk, TV and stand with drawer for storage. Mini Kitchen with upper and lower cabinets, Microwave, toaster, fridge, toaster oven (big enough to fit med pizza). If needed you can use main floor kitchen. Basement bathroom is mostly yours as we use the one on the main floor but there is only one shower.
Laundry on site and is shared, Wifi, parking on street
Under 5 min walk to McDonalds, Giant tiger, Tim Hortons, Pizza Hut and DQ. Under 10 min walk to Seven eleven and Brandon University.
Must be respectable, quiet and clean, no smoking, pets or parties.
Rent is monthly and due on the first of every month. $650 plus $50 to help with utilities. Damage deposit and first months rent due upon occupancy
