Position: Remote Data Entry Clerk

Hours: 3–4 hours per day, 5 days a week (flexible schedule)
Pay: $25–$30 per hour

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Data Entry Clerk to provide remote administrative support to our management team. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain calendars, schedule virtual meetings, and coordinate appointments
• Manage email correspondence and phone communications
• Arrange travel plans and handle expense reports
• Assist with data entry, document preparation, and research for various projects

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative support role
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
