We are currently looking for an Motor Vehicle enthusiast. An experienced Full-time Automotive Service
and Parts Advisor to join our service department.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide
great customer service in an energetic, fast-paced work environment.

We have been in business for over 25 years and strive to make every customer experience easy,
efficient, and enjoyable.

Position Description
- Greeting customers in a polite and professional manner
- Provide Quotes and recommendations to customers and create repair orders
- Accurately explain the nature of repairs being completed on customer vehicles
- Answering inbound phone calls, providing price quotes, and scheduling service appointments
- Sourcing parts from various vendors

Requirements
- Must have the ability to speak fluent English
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and problem solve
- Ability to sell required maintenance/repairs/parts
