Hello, I am posting here in hopes of finding a roommate. I own a home in the flats which is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. I have things to do around the house right now so I will post photos when completed. Must be okay with living with a very friendly dog and two cats. There is a spacious backyard you would have access to along with living room. There is technically a basement that could be converted into a smaller living room if you'd like to use that. I am 6'2 so my head hits the ceiling and I don't use the space. You would need to have your own personal AC unit as it gets very hot in the summer. I'm looking for somebody who is preferably a student but you don't have to be one. Want somebody in the same age range as me. Around 23-28. I am a 28 year old male. Must have proof of income.
