Compensation: [$30 per hour,3-4 hour's daily]
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and have a passion for administrative tasks? We are seeking a professional and organized Office Schreib Registrierter Assistant to join our team! This role requires excellent written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage a variety of office tasks with attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
* Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
* Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Answer phones, handle inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
* Maintain office files, records, and databases.
* Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
