Accounts Receivable - 2-3 Month Contract

Rate: $25/hr

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join a manufacturing company in the auto, mining, and construction equipment industry for a 2-3 month contract.

Responsibilities:

Review and identify unpaid invoices, including old, dormant invoices that have been missed or left unprocessed.
Investigate any discrepancies or errors in billing and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and resolutions related to unpaid invoices.
Ensure invoicing processes are up to date and compliant with internal standards.
Requirements:

Experience in Accounts Receivable and a strong attention to detail.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (auto equipment, mining equipment, construction equipment preferred).
Ability to analyze invoices and identify payment discrepancies.
Strong communication skills for working with internal teams and clients.
Available to work on-site 100% of the time (no remote work options).
