Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment and structures
- Operate basic tools and machinery safely and effectively
- Load and unload construction materials and transport them to appropriate locations
- Support skilled tradespeople as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow all health and safety regulations

What We're Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and team-player attitude
- Willingness to learn and improve skills on the job
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour
- Punctual with a strong attendance record
- Previous construction experience is an asset but not required
