Selling our gently-loved futon to make space for baby #1. We purchased this new from The Futon Shop in Dundas (now in Burlington) in 2015. The mattress was upgraded for sleep quality, not sure of the specs but it's quite comfortable. The cover is durable and easily machine-washable, not hard to put back on with the zipper.

The futon has two recline positions, along with the fully flat bed mode. Adjusting position is a one-person job. The overall size changes a bit depending on the position, I've included dimensions below. I can disassemble it at or before pick-up, The mattress will fold into a mid-size SUV with the seats down and the wood components laying flat.
