currently hiring an experienced customer service representative/marketing specialist in Vancouver .
Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- High quality, professional customer service phone and writing skills to project a positive image of the business through telephone and email communications (speak with confidence using clear, concise sentences that are easily understood)
- Strong team player with a focus towards customer service.
Also to be able to have flexibility in the face of change
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent follow up and tracking skills
- The ability to work under pressure
- Take phone order per customer requests
- The ability to self-motivate, work in a dynamic environment, and work independently to consistently meet deadlines as required
- Advanced computer skills including knowledge of internet software, MS Office Products, Handhelds.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $20.00 to $33.00 /hourly range
