We are looking for a motivated Auto Platen Diecutter Operator to join our team! Whether you have experience or are eager to learn, we offer on-the-job training. Initially, the position will be part-time, with the potential for a full-time position if you are a good fit for the team.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain Auto Platen Diecutting machines (training provided).
- Set up, adjust, and operate the machines to meet production requirements.
- Monitor production quality and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot when needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

Requirements:
- Experience in die cutting or operating machinery is an asset, but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
