HIRING IMMEDIATELY: EXPERIENCED BACK OFFICE PROACTIVE REPRESENTATIVE

Compensation: $30/hour
Schedule: Part-Time (3-4 hours daily), Monday to Friday (Weekend Overtime Available)
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Experienced Back Office Proactive Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play an integral part in ensuring the smooth operation of our back office functions, while proactively managing tasks and supporting our team. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and experience in back-office operations, this position is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support by managing data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and efficient assistance via phone and email.
• Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members.
• Maintain organized filing systems and ensure records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Proactively assist the team by managing office tasks and troubleshooting operational challenges.
• Monitor and maintain office inventory and supplies.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
• Assist with reporting, preparing presentations, and other office tasks as required.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a back-office, administrative, or support role.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Prior experience in customer service or managing inquiries is a plus.
Position Details:
• Hours: Part-Time (3-4 hours daily, Monday to Friday)
