Men's Nike Air Force 1's. Not low top, not high top, mid rise. They are fairly worn although I use a wheelchair so structurally they are sound, haven't been beaten up very much that way, just a little scuffed/generally aged. Nothing some scrubbing couldn't fix up if you so wanted
