Responsibilities

-Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
-Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
-Manage existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
-Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
-Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing market share.
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities/ Good knowledge of Microsoft word/Excel.
Skills

-Proficiency in using Microsoft office/Excel/Word.
-Experience in Staffing and Security Services sales with a focus on both outside and inside sales strategies.
-Strong lead generation skills with the ability to identify potential clients.
-Excellent account management capabilities to foster long-term relationships.
-Demonstrated sales management experience is a plus.
-Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients successfully.
