I know there are many personal trainers to choose from, but let me tell you why you and I could the right fit:
- Able to come to your home, personal gym, or gym rental facility to train you 1:1, with your spouse, friend, or small group in High Park, Park Dale, Downtown Toronto and Etobicoke radius
- Can offer virtual if preferred via Zoom or Facetime
- Backed by 8 years of certified personal training knowledge (SL1, PN1, AFPA) with an extreme passion to help people better their loves and offer support along their journey
- I have helped people lose weight, gain strength, prepare for birth, recover from giving birth, focus on their pelvic floor, run 5km-marathon distances, and overall change their mindset toward fitness

She is fun, highly knowledgeable, flexible, on time, and cares about her clients for strength training and running. She's in touch with you in between sessions, follows up on your post-training recovery, and sends you reminders. I would particularly recommend her to beginners as she has been instrumental in my journey that started 3 months ago. If you are considering getting a PT, she's the coach you need! PRICING:
- Programming pricing (if you only need a structured program created for you once a month that you can follow fully on your own) includes full warm up, cool downs, workouts based on your access to equipment and exercise knowledge, as well as form tutorial videos - $90/month.
- 1:1 personal training starts at $90/hour, packages are sold in 10, 20, 30 and 40 hour blocks. Depending on commute time and cost of gym space this is subject to change.
- Running programs: Structured programs complete with your end goal in mind (ie: you want to run a new 5km Personal best time in 4 months - you get all 4 months of training up front and 24/7 access to me for questions along your running journey - $200 flat rate for all running programs, regardless of your goal.
- Nutrition coaching/counselling - 30 min calls are $100.00, meal prep and recipe guides flat rate of $250.
