Office Admin/Receptionist - Friendly & Efficient
Are you a friendly and efficient individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service? Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment and have a knack for keeping things organized?
We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing Office Admin/Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Responsibilities:
* Answering phones and directing calls
* Greeting visitors and providing information
* Managing incoming mail and correspondence
* Maintaining office supplies and equipment
* Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
* Providing support to other team members as needed
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
