We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant/Data Entry professional to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
* Data entry and maintenance in various databases and spreadsheets
* Verifying data accuracy and consistency
* Generating reports and analyzing data
* Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling
* Answering phones and managing email correspondence
* Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or administrative support
* Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
