Sales Representative – Custom Accessories (Commission-Based, Growth Opportunity)
Job Overview
We are a fast-growing startup specializing in custom accessories for online and offline markets. We're looking for a Sales Representative to develop partnerships with retail stores and expand our distribution network. No prior sales experience is required—we value passion, self-motivation, strong communication skills, and native-level English proficiency.
This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential. As an early team member, you'll have the opportunity to grow with us, and top performers may transition into full-time roles or even equity-holding positions in the future.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential retail partners (e.g., boutique stores, gift shops, pet stores, specialty retailers).
Engage in conversations with store owners to introduce our products and establish partnerships.
Close deals and secure retail collaborations—once the partnership is set, you earn commissions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner stores to ensure continued sales growth.
Gather market feedback and share insights to help improve our offerings.
Work independently and proactively explore new business opportunities.
What We're Looking For
No experience required – we care more about your enthusiasm, drive, and communication skills.
Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills—you enjoy talking to people and building connections.
Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision.
Native-level English speaker (or equivalent fluency).
