We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chess Coach to teach and mentor students of various age groups, with a primary focus on children. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of chess strategies, tactics, and tournament play. They must also be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills to engage and inspire young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct engaging and structured chess lessons for children and beginners.
• Develop lesson plans, training exercises, and practice routines.
• Teach chess principles, strategies, and tactics in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Organize and supervise practice sessions, tournaments, and friendly matches.
• Provide personalized feedback and progress reports for students.
• Foster a fun and positive learning environment to encourage a love for chess.

Requirements:
• Strong chess skills with a solid understanding of game strategies.
• Prior experience teaching or coaching chess (preferred).
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for working with children and the ability to keep them engaged.
• Patient, enthusiastic, and able to adapt teaching methods to different skill levels.

Preferred Qualifications:
• FIDE/USCF rating or coaching certification (a plus).
• Background in education or working with young learners.
