Responsibilities:
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel
* Answer phones, manage email correspondence, and handle inquiries
* Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence
* Maintain office supplies and equipment
* Assist with human resource tasks, including onboarding new employees
* Coordinate team projects and events

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative support role
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
