Role Description
The Office Administrator will assist with various administrative tasks, manage office equipment, communicate with clients, provide customer service, and oversee office administration duties.
Responsibilities
* Manage incoming documents from various sources and file them appropriately.
* Organize and separate folders by job and crew.
* Keep calendars updated.
* Perform clerical tasks as needed, including printing, collating, and distributing reports and materials.
* Monitor office supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary.
* Manage and direct incoming calls.
* Organize, monitor, and file documentation daily to ensure smooth workflow.
PAYMENTS!
The pay is $40 per hour, which totals $600 weekly for this open role.
You'll mainly be handling patient information in the company database and managing emails from clients.
